    Big Bird...

I think monkey is doing his calculations.
Let's wait for him to do a one-mouth-eat of the sellers at 10.00.
Then we will see this plane take off.

If she makes a quick run to 10.20 or 10.30... the faster she runs up, the less sustainable it is likely to be.
Whereas if the moving up is slow and painful, then more likely it will stay up and not come under sharp
profit taking. Case in point is Capitaland. Her rise was slow and painful. But slowly and steadily, she rose
day after day. No sharp profit taking. That's what I mean. The faster a stock runs up and especially on thin
volume, the more likely it will come under profit taking. But if you see a monkey driving a bulldozer to block
the price from falling, then follow that bulldozer.

    ah wee...

My 70 : 30 recommendation includes paper loss lah.
Its all a question of discipline.
Keep chicken run margins and paper losses capped at 30% of your capital.
    Reserve 70% for home runs.

Wilmar and Capitaland at same price.
Let's see who wins the race to the bottom.
Property cooling measures are here to stay... says 2nd Minister for Finance, Mr Lawrence Wong at a forum organised by real estate agents.

    A brand new month.
    HUAT arrr !!!
Watch the REITs for a chance to profit from the downside.
Let's see how market movers want to talk down the market citing rate hike jitters.
